Yogham Promoters & Builders was founded in Pondicherry with a conviction that land ownership — one of the most meaningful decisions a family makes — deserves better than the opacity that too often surrounds it.
We began with a single layout on the outskirts of the city. What made buyers choose us then remains true today: every document on the table, every boundary walked, every question answered patiently — before a rupee changes hands.
Twelve years later, we've handed over more than 480 homes-in-the-making across Pondicherry's most promising corridors. Every one of them began as trust.

Managing Director
A Pondicherry native, Ramesh founded Yogham after a decade in civil engineering and construction, driven by a conviction that the land business could — and should — be run with the same discipline as building itself.

Yogham founded in Pondicherry. First plotted layout launched in Lawspet.
2016
Crossed 50 acres delivered. First fully sold-out layout — Heritage City.
2019
In-house legal desk established for end-to-end title and registration.
2022
Palm Avenue completed and handed over near Pondicherry University.
2024
Six projects live across Villianur, Ariyankuppam, Bahour and Kalapet.
2026
